Innovative New Pier 4

Preparing for Sea Level Rise

In Spring 2023, we replaced an older pier with a new innovative pier designed to handle extreme high tides. In preparing this marina, our business, and our tenants to withstand impacts of sea level rise to the extent practical, we decided we wanted to share our logic and plans with the broader maritime and waterfront communities in case it could help them as well.
